DESIGN ABOVE EYE LEVEL

The Ceiling Can Change How the Entire Room Feels

Chico’s Custom Trim creates custom ceiling features for homeowners, builders and designers throughout Mansfield and DFW. Each layout is considered in relation to room size, ceiling height, lighting and surrounding trim.

CEILING FEATURE FAQ

Questions Before Adding Beams or Coffers

Can beams be added to an existing ceiling?

Often, yes. The ceiling structure, surface, lighting and intended beam style must be evaluated before the final scope is determined.

Will a coffered ceiling make the room feel lower?

Proportion is critical. Grid depth and scale are planned around the actual ceiling height and room dimensions.

Can the ceiling feature match my existing trim?

Profiles and finish details can be coordinated with existing crown molding, cabinetry and other interior woodwork.

Can I get a final quote from room measurements?

Measurements and photos help start the conversation, but final quotes require a site visit to verify ceiling conditions and dimensions.

Is the installation covered by a warranty?

Completed work includes a one-year workmanship and installation warranty, subject to the approved project scope.
